Shopify DIY Programme

For customers who have either technical know-how, a limited budget, or want to learn all the ropes of Shopify themselves, we are happy to offer a 'DIY' programme.

As well as learning everything you need to set up, design and manage an online store, you will also benefit from our advice and expertise throughout and have a good understanding of ecommerce marketing and best practice for success.

The cost is £1,200 + VAT and consists of x3 90 minute online sessions covering x3 modules:

1. Settings, Orders, Markets & Products

Settings: Shipping, Customer Notifications, Shopify Payments, Banking, Locations & Policies

Orders: How to access, how to fulfill, how to refund.

Shopify Markets: for selling globally

Products: Uploading products, metafields, creating collections, merchandising collections, inventory management, photography/videography advice.

Publishing Coming Soon page (if required)

2.  Design, Navigation & Apps

Homepage design, creating and designing content pages, blogs, product template(s) and collection pages.

Creating multiple menus for ease of navigation

Installation of relevant apps incl. social feeds

3. SEO, Content Marketing, Analytics & Customer Information

SEO - products & collections, content, site performance, best practice, link building etc

Content marketing - page content, blog, customer care guides

How to segment database

Troubleshooting previous sessions
