Monthly Retainers

We know that the best results come from longer-term, structured partnerships, rather than ad-hoc requests. So moving forward, all ongoing consultancy and support will be offered exclusively through one of our monthly retainer packages. This means that if you'd like continued access to our design/dev time, Shopify expertise, or SEO/CRO insights, the retainer model is now the way we’ll be working.

We’ve created three tiers — Essentials, Elevate and Scale — starting at £350/month (with a discounted annual option). Each one includes a set number of monthly hours, priority Shopify support, and proactive recommendations to keep your store sharp, as well as additional extras.

* We understand not all clients can commit to a retainer model and therefore we highly recommend ShopExperts who do ad-hoc requests from $95 per hour.
