Founder Katherine Elphick has over twenty years experience with luxury and lifestyle online businesses. Having started her career within marketing with traditional luxury heavy-weights Christies and LVMH (Givenchy), in 2001 she moved on to advise clients on consumer trends for 7 years at WGSN.com, the world's leading trend forecasting agency.  Katherine led the European client portfolio, working with major brands and retailers such as ASOS, Nike, Burberry and Zara.

In 2008 she went onto to create the commercial arm of SheerLuxe.com, working with many successful online businesses and helping shape many emerging ecommerce brands by advising on web design best practice and digital marketing strategies.  

She has worked independently with a variety of fashion and lifestyle brands since 2010, specialising in SMEs and start-ups. The “+ Co” element of the business name nods to her little black book of contacts that she works with to give clients the best additional services, from graphic designers, photographers, stylists and copywriters to PPC and social media advertising specialists.
